Job description
What You’ll Do
Audit and identify UX bugs that impact critical user flows (registration, KYC, deposits, game access)
Collaborate with design & development teams to document, track, and test fixes
Translate UX findings into clear messages for both technical teams and non-technical teams
Lead and document UX redesigns for high-intent flows on site
Create quick wireframes, flow sketches or bullet-point proposals
Build hypotheses and run A/B tests to validate UX improvements
Monitor KPIs like FTD conversion, form drop-offs, task completion rate, and time on task
Ensure all improvements comply with regulatory and responsible gaming standards
Job requirements
Skills & Experience Needed
Hands-on UX, Product Design, or Conversion Optimization experience
Experience working on gambling, fintech, or high-conversion digital platforms
Solid understanding of UX heuristics, usability testing, and behavioral psychology
Comfortable writing clear specs and bug tickets for developers
Ability to quantify UX impact using tools like GA4, Hotjar, Clarity or custom dashboards
Strong communication skills — you can clearly explain issues to devs and impact to execs
