Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Specialist (3-5 years of experience) who is passionate about sports and video content to join our dynamic team.
We are looking for someone with a proven experience in managing and curating content for social media platforms, particularly Youtube & Tiktok and a proven track record in growing online communities (Facebook Groups, Discord, Telegram, Whatsapp)
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills (romanian & english), and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, growth oriented and passionate about leveraging social media platforms to engage audiences, drive brand awareness, and foster online communities.
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to enhance our brand presence and achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with our brand's overall marketing objectives. Identify key target audiences and tailor content to effectively engage and resonate with them.
Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms, mainly on Youtube & TikTok, but also for Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin. This includes writing copy and creating briefs for the design department.
Community Management: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Cultivate a sense of
community and brand advocacy among followers. Plan and execute growth strategies for our online communities (Whatsapp, Telegram, Discord, Reddit & other online communities) in order to obtain maximum exposure and results for our brands.
4. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns across multiple marketing channels to promote product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Prepare regular reports detailing key insights and recommendations for optimization.
6. Stay Updated on Trends: Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices. Proactively explore new opportunities to innovate and stay ahead of the curve in social media marketing.
