Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of payroll procedures, tax regulations, and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
Maintain and update payroll records, including salaries, benefits, bonuses, deductions, and tax information.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data.
Prepare payroll reports and provide insights as needed.
Process new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments in the payroll system.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audits and compliance.
Assist with year-end payroll activities, such as tax reporting and reconciliations.
Job requirements
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
