About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Mid / Senior Media Buyer with a focus on digital and programmatic advertising to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned media buyer who thrives on using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
Media Planning & Strategy: Develop, execute, and optimize digital and programmatic media strategies across channels, including display, video, social, mobile, and native.
Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end management of campaigns, from initial setup, targeting, and bidding strategies to optimization and reporting, ensuring alignment with client or brand goals.
Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze real-time data to optimize ad placements, targeting, and bidding in order to maximize ROI. Utilize data to make informed recommendations and improvements.
Programmatic Buying: Manage and execute programmatic buys through DSPs (Demand Side Platforms) and other programmatic platforms. Develop and adjust bidding strategies based on campaign goals.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Partner with creative, analytics, and account management teams to ensure campaign messaging and execution align with audience insights and business objectives.
Vendor & Platform Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, platforms, and media partners. Negotiate rates, manage budget allocations, and ensure transparent and effective communication.
Reporting & Insights: Develop comprehensive campaign reports and present performance insights to internal and external stakeholders. Utilize data to forecast trends and refine future media buying strategies.
Market Research & Innovation: Stay current with digital advertising trends, emerging platforms, and programmatic technologies to inform new strategies and approaches.
A/B Testing - run A/B tests with different ad creatives, formats, or audience segments to determine the most effective combinations.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in digital media buying with a focus on programmatic advertising.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges as well as familiarity with ad serving platforms and tracking tools
Analytical Skills: Proven experience in data analysis and campaign optimization, with strong knowledge of key performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
Knowledge of Digital Landscape: Deep understanding of digital and programmatic media, including RTB (real-time bidding), audience segmentation, retargeting, and dynamic creative optimization.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with social media buying (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and paid search campaigns.
Knowledge of advanced analytics platforms and tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
Certifications in digital media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) or DSPs
Experience in iGaming industry is considered a plus
