Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate regular proactive contacts via email, chat and other communication channels to work on keeping the Pre-VIP players active while aiming for an increase in the player’s lifetime value and long-term retention
• Daily gaming experience and deposit activity analysis of the assigned Pre-VIP players to identify potential risks of churn and act upon it through predefined processes.
• Build strong long-term relationships with the Pre-VIP players through regular casual and promotional contacts while ensuring outstanding user experience and service satisfaction through providing first-contact resolution on queries/issues.
• Act as the main point of contact within your clients' organizations
Job requirements
Skills:
• Fluent English speaker - both written and spoken.
• Communication skills at all levels
• Excellent client service skills.
• Time management skills
• Knowledge of the iGaming products and services and the ability to present them effectively
• Previous experience in Customer Service – a must.
• Experience MS Excel – a must.
• Experience using Jira & Confluence – an advantage.
• German or other languages – an advantage.
