About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager with a proven track record in the

    iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of affiliate marketing

    strategies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and nurture relationships with affiliates.

    As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of affiliate

    managers, optimizing affiliate campaigns, negotiating and executing partnership agreements,

    and driving revenue growth through affiliate channels.

Job requirements

  1. Affiliate Program Management:

• Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy, focusing on customer acquisition,

retention, and revenue generation.

• Manage a team of affiliate managers, providing guidance, support, and performance

evaluations.

• Establish and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring their needs are met,

and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

• Monitor and analyze affiliate campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to

optimize conversions and maximize ROI.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new

opportunities and potential risks.

2. Partnership Development and Negotiation:

• Identify, evaluate, and recruit new affiliates to expand the affiliate network.

• Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and

conditions.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to develop

customized affiliate campaigns and promotional materials.

• Provide ongoing support and communication to affiliates, answering queries, resolving

issues, and sharing performance reports and insights.

3. Reporting and Analysis:

• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including affiliate

conversions, player value, and revenue.

• Develop and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting

successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

• Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and implement

strategies for continuous improvement.

4. Compliance and Legal:

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards for affiliate

marketing activities.

• Monitor affiliates' compliance with program guidelines and policies, taking appropriate

action when necessary.

• Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry practices, adapting the affiliate

program accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in affiliate management within the iGaming industry.

• Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate programs and driving revenue

growth.

• Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, including knowledge of online casino,

sports betting, and related products.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain

strong relationships with affiliates and stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis and the ability to draw actionable

insights.

• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools.

• In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies, best practices, and industry trends.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-

paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Understanding of compliance requirements and regulations related to iGaming and

affiliate marketing.
